The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in construction estimating and project management, with a solid understanding of construction processes and site experience. This role involves analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Responsibilities Analyze blueprints, schematics, and project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid to streamline the estimating process. Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to develop project schedules using Primavera P6. Conduct site visits to gather information on project conditions and requirements. Prepare detailed reports on estimates, including materials, labor, and overhead costs. Review contracts and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Maintain organized records of all estimates and related documentation for future reference. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy in all estimations. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating or related fields. Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera P6. Strong understanding of construction processes and site experience is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with contracts and project scheduling methodologies. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for precise estimations. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
