The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion from ground-up. Key Responsibilities Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in conjunction with stakeholders. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure alignment and address any issues. Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely completion. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and budgets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in construction and healthcare or education sectors. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a project context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
