Job Description

Company Description Cintech Construction, Inc. is a general contractor and construction manager specializing in commercial, retail, and multifamily building construction throughout Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. We handle projects ranging from new construction and expansions to renovations and interior finishes. With projects ranging in size from $1 million to $30 million, we deliver quality and reliable construction services to meet our clients' needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of construction projects from start to finish. The day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, conducting inspections, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to achieve project goals. Qualifications Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and implementation of construction projects Skills in budget managing, buyout and budget forecasting Proficiency in conducting Inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Strong organizational and time-management abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Experience in commercial, retail, or multifamily construction is a plus Procore certification and knowledge required
