Architect Responsibilities :
Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Review and approve architectural design documentation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. Identify and mitigate project risks, making informed decisions to keep projects on track. Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior leadership. Facilitate and lead project meetings, including design reviews, project status meetings, and contractor coordination. Ensure high-quality standards and project documentation are maintained throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required from an NAAB accredited program Registered Architect in Ohio with a NCARB certificate or ability to obtain through reciprocity Ten or more years of related experience Demonstrated ability to develop fee proposals Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
