Senior Project Manager & Director of Discipline Growth Available across all of their offices in Ohio (Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland) Overview We are partnered with a nationally recognised engineering and consulting firm looking to bring in a senior leader to build and grow their Land Development presence in the Akron market. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and technical level, with the opportunity to shape a regional practice, build client relationships, and lead a team from the front. The position sits within a well-established platform that offers strong project pipelines, cross-discipline collaboration, and the backing needed to scale a business. About the Company This organisation is one of the leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancies in the United States, supporting both private and public sector clients across a wide range of development and infrastructure projects. They are known for delivering integrated solutions across planning, civil engineering, environmental, and design services, with a strong reputation for client service and repeat business. Their land development teams work closely with developers, owners, and investors to take projects from early due diligence through to construction, covering feasibility, entitlements, design, and permitting. The Opportunity This role is designed for someone looking to step into a true Discipline Builder type role , where success is defined by both project delivery and long-term business growth. You will have the autonomy to shape the direction of the land development team locally, while working within a collaborative, well-supported environment.
