Job Description:
As a Sr. Project Manager, Instruments & Accessories, you will play a central role in delivering the next generation of instruments & accessories for the Ottava surgical robotics platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and drive the team's day to day design and development execution. Track the release of all documents required for Phase Design Reviews and regulatory submissions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project timeline that enables a clear view of deliverable dependencies. Establish processes, templates, and dashboards, and metrics to ensure clear communication and consistency across teams. Set and manage quarterly team goals. Own project risk management including identification of risks and mitigation plans. Support the team's participation in the Change Control process. Engage with suppliers to align on shared expectations and drive accountability.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as a project manager or equivalent in complex, multi-project or multi-system environments, is required. A Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in engineering, medicine, or another technical discipline is appreciated but not required. 5+ years of experience as a project manager or equivalent in complex, multi-project or multi-system environments. Formal professional experience in a mix of product lifecycle management, risk management, change control and document control. Experience managing project deliverables and timelines within a project management tool (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling tools.) Ability and willingness to travel occasionally between sites.
Preferred:
Professional experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, aerospace, automotive, or defense is highly preferred. Experience using Airtable and/or Atlassian tools is preferred.

Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
