Architect Project Manager

Actalent is hiring for Project Architects to support a variety of retail and hospitality projects. This person will be responsible for the following: Key Responsibilities Develop design and technical solutions under the general direction of the Project Director. Produce high-quality construction documents with guidance from senior project staff. Assist with data collection, documentation, and analysis for programming and existing facilities assessments . Perform building and zoning code compliance reviews. Support construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, addenda, and site visits, under the supervision of the Project Architect or Project Manager. Maintain organized and accurate project files throughout all project phases. Identify, document, and help resolve construction-related issues. Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture. 5+ years of experience working on retail or hospitality architecture projects . 3+ years of experience using Revit or AutoCAD . 3+ years of hands-on experience across Pre-Design, Programming, Design, and Construction Documentation phases. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
