$150,000 Per Year Description Join our team as a Project Manager for data center initiatives in the Columbus, OH region. This full-time role involves managing construction projects, ensuring design intent, and overseeing quality and schedules. The position requires familiarity with construction and engineering technologies. Key Responsibilities Interface with contractors during all project phases. Monitor project progress and manage client expectations. Resolve issues with subcontractors and union labor. Manage project documents including reviews and change orders. Drive troubleshooting and failure analysis for equipment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5 years of related experience. 5 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects. Strong contractor and vendor management skills.
