Manage fire alarm, suppression, and security system projects from award through closeout Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, quality standards, and financial objectives are achieved Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams Coordinate activities between design, installation, service, and subcontractor teams Lead project meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders Review project documentation, drawings, submittals, and change orders Support commissioning, turnover, inspections, and project closeout activities Track labor, material, and project costs to maintain profitability Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and customer requirements Must-Haves as the
