Project Coordinator II Engineering Excellence National Account - 2.9 Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Spreadsheets High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Welcome! ‎ The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for ongoing projects. This involves monitoring project progress, following up with subcontractors, collecting completed paperwork, and updating spreadsheets to ensure projects are completed on time. ‎ Key Responsibilities Setup and maintain electronic files Review contracts for compliance, including pay requests and closeout documents and follow-up with vendors to obtain necessary documents. Prepare documents for execution and distribution after execution. Track and monitor project costs vs budgets Process monthly Pay Applications Assembling information for vendor bid and purchase packages Track change orders, RFI's and submittal packages Assist with creation of change orders, etc. Completion of project related forms Ensure that all Pay Applications (Invoices) have been processed by the End of the Month Assist Customers with questions or discrepancies on invoices Issue Purchase Orders as needed Answer Phones as needed Additional duties as needed Desired Skills and Qualifications Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in spelling, punctuation, and grammar Computer Skills - must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to Multi-Task Organizational Skills in managing workload and follow up. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Effective analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work semi-independently. Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred but will consider a motivated beginner ‎
