This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, large-scale projects. The ideal candidate is someone who can own projects from preconstruction through closeout , lead teams with confidence, and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. If you are a proven Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering projects on time, on budget, and at a high level , this is a strong opportunity to step into a senior leadership role. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead full lifecycle project management across commercial and industrial construction projects Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies Oversee project teams including engineers, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors Serve as the primary client point of contact , maintaining strong communication and trust Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations Manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, and cost controls Provide clear and consistent project reporting to leadership and stakeholders Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across project execution What Our Client Is Looking For 7+ years of experience managing commercial and/or industrial construction projects Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost management Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with both field and executive-level stakeholders Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar Preferred Background Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Experience on large-scale or complex projects Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED are a plus Background in contract negotiation and vendor management Exposure to regulated environments, industrial builds, or technically complex projects Key Traits for Success Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability High-level problem solver who can navigate challenges without slowing momentum Organized and detail-oriented with strong financial awareness Relationship-driven with both clients and internal teams Comfortable owning projects from start to finish About Summit Skilled Solutions (S3) Summit Skilled Solutions is a specialized recruiting partner focused on connecting top talent with leading organizations across construction, skilled trades, and facilities services.
