We are hiring a Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee roofing, siding, and gutter installation projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into leadership. No prior roofing or construction experience is required — we provide paid training. You will be responsible for managing job sites, supporting crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and with high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily job site operations Coordinate crews, materials, and project schedules Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met Track project progress and keep jobs on schedule Communicate updates with homeowners and office staffWhat We Offer:
