At Apex Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air, we're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Project Representative to grow our business with both existing and new clients. If you're known for exceptional customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently educate clients on the best products and services, this is your opportunity to shine. We want someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, close deals, and deliver results all while creating a positive customer experience that keeps people talking about us for all the right reasons. What You'll Do Build rapport and trust with homeowners to sell the right products and services. Develop strong client relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals with confidence. Convert missed opportunities from technicians' invoices or proposals into closed sales. Get customers excited about our company and encourage referrals. Stay informed about your local market and customer needs. Contribute to setting aggressive yet achievable sales goals and expansion plans. Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
Requirements What We're Looking For Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of in-home HVAC sales experience in a high-paced environment (required).
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to close deals, handle objections, and meet sales targets.
Customer Service:
Warm, professional, and a natural people-person with a solutions-focused approach.
Drive:
Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with exceptional follow-up skills.
Organization:
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
