Urgency / Situation

This is an urgent, last-minute need due to an unexpected departure. Current Project Manager is leaving next Tuesday. Interview Process Interviews are being scheduled immediately (as early as today). Second interview will be with the hiring manager s boss. Goal is to move quickly accelerated hiring process. Role Requirements ServiceNow exposure is required, but deep technical expertise is not mandatory.

Ideal candidate:

Strong Project Manager personality matters Able to work with the Customer Care team Business-facing, relationship-driven (can warm the business) Focus is more on PM capability and stakeholder management vs. technical depth in ServiceNow.

Logistics Work model:
