Part-Time Project & Admin Coordinator (Flexible Hours) Columbus, OH (In-Office) | 16 hours/week About Baker Creative Baker Creative is a brand strategy firm helping organizations clarify their message, strengthen their positioning, and drive growth through strategic marketing, PR, and creative execution. About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys keeping projects on track and teams aligned. This is a part-time, in-office role with flexible hours , ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in staying organized and ahead of deadlines. You will support project coordination and day-to-day administrative needs—helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines Maintain organized project files and client records Assist with proposal formatting and basic document prep Support CRM and database updates Help keep internal and client communication organized What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities Strong communication and follow-through Experience with Microsoft Office and basic systems (CRM a plus) Previous admin, coordinator, or office support experience preferred Why This Role Works Flexible schedule (ideal for school hours or work-life balance) Clear scope and expectations Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow responsibilities over time (if desired)
