Job Description:
Local candidates only Project Coordinator Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer of custom industrial and commercial products. They are growing rapidly and looking for sharp, organized people to grow with them. The Role This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping multiple projects moving at once. You'll be the bridge between the sales team, operations, engineering, installation crews, and customers
  • making sure every project moves from order to completion without falling through the cracks. No two days are the same. Plans shift, timelines move, and priorities change
  • and you'll be the person who keeps everything on track anyway.
What You'll Do:
Own customer communication from order through installation
  • setting expectations, providing updates, and solving problems as they come up Coordinate between internal teams
  • sales, engineering, production, and installation
  • to keep projects on schedule Work with customers on design requirements, drawing approvals, and change orders Schedule and negotiate with subcontracted installers Manage shipment coordination and communicate delivery timelines to customers Handle site-specific paperwork and installer documentation Identify and resolve quality, shipping, or installation issues quickly
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer service, or a related field Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Exceptional organizational skills
  • you keep detailed notes, follow up without being asked, and nothing falls through the cracks Strong written and verbal communication
  • comfortable talking to customers, vendors, and internal teams Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without losing track of details Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excel, Word, Outlook Construction or manufacturing background a plus but not required ERP system experience a plus
