Fersa is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our Supply & Operations team in Northwood, Ohio. This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating internal projects within the Supply & Operations department, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with the right people involved at every step. Projects under this role can range from warehouse relocations and infrastructure transitions, to onboarding new customers into our supply chain, implementing stock management programs, and driving operational improvement initiatives. The Project Manager will be expected to define responsibilities, align cross-functional stakeholders, follow up on deliverables, and provide hands-on support wherever needed to move projects forward. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end management of internal Supply & Operations projects, from initial scoping through delivery and post-implementation review. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with the Supply and Operations Manager. Anticipate roadblocks and proactively drive issue resolution to keep projects on track. Stakeholder Coordination & Accountability Coordinate cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, warehouse, sales, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and progress. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and steering reviews; document decisions and action items. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to leadership and stakeholders. Operational Project Delivery Manage warehouse-related projects such as facility transitions, layout changes, system implementations, and process improvements. Lead the operational onboarding of new customers into the supply chain, defining the steps, requirements, and timelines needed to start serving them efficiently. Provide hands-on support to the Supply & Operations team to ensure project deliverables are completed, stepping in wherever necessary to help the project move forward. Continuous Improvement & Reporting Standardize project management practices, templates, and tools within the department. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and translate them into structured initiatives. Support the Supply and Operations Manager with strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analyses as needed. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Project management certification is a plus. Experience 5-10 years of experience in project management, ideally within supply chain, operations, logistics, or warehousing environments. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Experience with operations, customer onboarding, or stock management programs is strongly preferred. Experience working aftermarket environments is strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong project management fundamentals: scoping, planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals. Hands-on, proactive mindset - willing to support the team in execution, not only in coordination. Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fast-growing environment.
