Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Coordination Act as primary point of contact for installation crews; addressing questions, providing clear direction, and resolving issues in real time. Ensure all project tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines. Effectively communicate schedule requirements and delivery commitments to ensure continuous advancement and minimal disruption. Adjust priorities as needed to meet changing project demands. Proactively address productivity concerns; escalating to senior management when appropriate. Sales Activities Identify and target prospective accounts. Anticipate customer needs and provide excellent customer service to maintain current accounts. Quote and estimate projects using company flooring software (RFMS). Develop and maintain relationships with industry vendors and sales representatives. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing projects in the flooring industry. Solid understanding of construction processes and timelines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills. Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven. Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. Management reserves the right to add additional responsibilities as the needs of the company change.
