job summary: Looking for a Project Manager in New Albany, OH. Join Our Client to transform the energy industry and power possibilities. You'll need a degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business and 3-9 years of PM experience. Connect customers to energy and opportunity today!

New Albany, Ohio job type: Contract salary: $59.25 - 67.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and direct all project activities, effectively managing budgets, schedules, tools, and staff while reallocating funding as needed.

Enforce the System Safety Process among employees and contractors to guarantee a safe working environment focused on a Zero Harm culture.

Lead planning meetings, deliver detailed status presentations to complex stakeholders, and provide clear written and oral project reports.

Actively develop collaborative partnerships with project teams, plant staff, vendors, and external customers to foster teamwork and maximize customer satisfaction.

Supervise up to two direct reports by overseeing their professional performance plans, while also providing guidance, training, and mentorship to other project managers.
