Job Description

Assistant Project Manager About Campus Make Ready Campus Make Ready specializes in student housing turn services, providing expert painting, cleaning, and make-ready work during the fast-paced turn season. Our focus on organization, communication, and technology ensures units are completed on time and within budget—helping property managers stay stress-free and fully prepared for student move-ins. Campus Make Ready is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our team for the upcoming seasonal TURN project. In this role, you will serve as the "boots on the ground" assistant to our Project Supervisors, ensuring that trade teams have what they need and that every unit meets our quality standards. Role Overview The APM assists with overseeing operations at a single project location. You will report directly to the Project Supervisor (PS) and Area Manager (AM), acting as a vital link in our communication and execution chain.
Key Responsibilities Staff Management:
Communicate unit assignments, completions, and supply needs to trade teams.
Quality Control:
Conduct walks of units as assigned when trades submit confirmation of completion to ensure work meets standards before more units are issued.
Project Execution:
Assist with set-up, prepare units for trades, and deliver supplies to crews as needed throughout the day.
Administrative Support:
Help the Project Supervisor audit completed work for errors and record items sold to trade crews from company inventory. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Commitment:
This is seasonal contract work. Candidates must be willing to commit to project dates.
Sourcing & Requirements Experience:
Managerial experience is not required, but a proven track record of following orders and executing ground-level tasks is essential.
