This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that all aspects of construction management are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the construction industry, with expertise in construction estimating, scheduling, and site supervision. Your leadership will drive project success, foster collaboration, and uphold safety and quality standards across all phases of construction. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Oversee project scheduling and monitor progress to meet deadlines while managing changes or delays proactively. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Primavera to track project milestones, document progress, and facilitate collaboration. Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities, verify adherence to safety protocols, and resolve on-site issues promptly. Manage subcontractor relationships, review bids, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for stakeholders' review. Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and contractual obligations while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a solid understanding of construction site operations. Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills. Familiarity with contracts administration and legal aspects of construction projects. Ability to read schematics accurately and interpret technical drawings for project execution. Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams. Civil or Construction Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred; certifications such as PMP are a plus. Join us to lead innovative projects that shape the future of construction!
