Job Description
A builder in the area is looking for a proven Project Manager with a strong background on diverse ground-up and renovation projects. They are continuing to grow and are looking to add to their team. They have a strong and highly skilled group focused on team work and collaboration and self-perform most of their trades. Must have experience on commercial projects.

Job Responsiblities Include:
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within scope Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed Client follow-up and retentionSkills and Requirements:
