  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve welding processes, procedures, and equipment to support metal fabrication operations
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to troubleshoot welding issues and resolve quality concerns in real time
  • Ensure compliance with established quality standards and optimize weld cell performance across the manufacturing floor
  • Evaluate emerging welding technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Dedicate approximately 80% of time on the manufacturing floor directly supporting production operations Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with the manufacturing process of metal products, with weld and fabrication experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or three to five years of hands-on experience working with metal products
