40-50+/hour (based on experience) Must-Haves Project Management experience within Transmission, Electrical Utility, or Power System Experience managing large, complex construction or infrastructure project Proven ability to ramp quickly and perform in a fast-paced, growing project environment Experience with Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting Cost control and forecasting Stakeholder management (internal & external) Risk management and quality control Education & Experience Requirements (by level) Project Manager Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience OR Associate's degree + 5 years relevant experience Senior Project Manager Bachelor's degree + 5 years relevant experience OR Associate's degree + 7 years relevant experience Principal Project Manager Bachelor's degree + 7 years relevant experience OR Associate's degree + 9 years relevant experience Plusses PMP Certification (strongly preferred) Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead one or more intermediate to complex transmission projects Manage the full project lifecycle Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources Lead stakeholder meetings and provide detailed project updates Ensure adherence to safety standards Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners Monitor cost, schedule, and performance; reallocate resources as needed Mentor junior PMs and potentially supervise up to 2 direct reports Description One of our clients is seeking a Senior or Principal Project Manager to support a rapidly expanding Transmission portfolio.
