Overview Bird Construction is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee day-of roof installation operations. This role is boots-on-the-ground and crucial to ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality roof installs. As the on-site point of contact, you'll support the crew, manage materials and setup, and ensure each job is documented and completed to company standards. Duties
Pick up and deliver supplies or materials as needed to keep the crew running efficiently
Provide food and drinks for install crews to support productivity and morale
Set up and tear down The Catch-All System or other jobsite protection measures
Photograph each phase of the roofing project (before, during, and after installation) for documentation and quality control
Assist with jobsite preparation and cleanup to ensure a safe and organized work area
Communicate with the office team regarding job progress, issues, and completion updates
Be a point of contact for homeowners or crew on the day of the install to help address questions or concerns
Ensure install crews have what they need to stay on schedule and complete the job efficiently
Support final jobsite walk-through and checklist completion to ensure nothing is missed as well as clean up Experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, pick up truck is preferable
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on/around job sites
Strong time management and communication skills
Self-starter with a "get it done" attitude
Experience in roofing, construction, or project support preferred (not required—training available)
Must be organized, dependable, and customer-service minded Additional Benefits Paid Training On-the-job Training After training, will be able to earn 1% commission per roof
