Project Manager - Contruction or Telecom focused

Our client is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead installation-based projects within a security integration environment. This role is much closer to construction or telecom project management than traditional IT—focused on managing field installations (CCTV, access control, alarm systems), coordinating technicians and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. The PM will own projects end-to-end, including scoping with sales, site surveys, managing field teams, overseeing installations, and maintaining client relationships, while also tracking profitability and resolving issues. This person needs to be comfortable operating in a field-driven environment, working closely with installers and vendors, and juggling multiple active projects.

Skills needed:

PMP (or strong PM experience) Background in construction, low-voltage, telecom, or security systems Experience managing installations, subcontractors, and field teams Strong client-facing and organizational skills Direct Hire - must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without assistance Pay ranges from $90-100K plus medical, dental, vision Must be willing to go onsite in Edmond, OK 5x a week and travel approx 10% of the time.
