Electrical Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assistant Project Manager who can step into a role of a thriving electrical contractor and assist a growing department, help oversee projects and teams within our organization. The ideal candidate will need to possess a strong background in electrical assistant project management methodologies and demonstrate expertise in management, program development, leadership, and strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively help manage project scope, timelines, and resources while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a minimum of 5 years prior experience. Responsibilities Help the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Assist in project scope by defining deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements. Help implement management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project phases. Utilize processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across projects. Assist in overseeing program development efforts, ensuring that all projects align with strategic goals. Help maintain comprehensive documentation using tools provided for project tracking and reporting. Skills Proven experience in assistant project management methodologies. Strong skills in scope management, ensuring that all aspects of the project are covered effectively. Familiarity with different programs for documentation and communication purposes. Experience with managing resources and tracking project progress. Expertise in product development processes, from ideation through launch.
