Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the construction operations supporting project execution and client relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Oversee mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and budget standards. Coordinate all project activities including estimating, proposal generation, purchasing, safety planning, and shop fabrication. Maintain effective communication and documentation procedures among clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Develop and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Monitor project progress through site visits, manage budgets, forecast costs, and ensure project profitability. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience (Preferred

• Not Required) 1-3 years of experience in a construction or industrial environment preferred.

Proficiency with software such as Timberline estimating, SalesForce, ProCore, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent math skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines. What's in it for me?
