Salary (Depending on Experience- $80,000
- 100,000 401k with Profit Sharing
- Generally between 10
- 15% (Last year finished at 13%) Multiple Bonuses (Usually 10% a year) Paid for Healthcare Premium 3 Weeks PTO Expectations
- Commercial Construction experience preferably projects ranging from 1m-10m
- Experienced with managing subcontractors and keeping projects running in a timely manner
- Travel locally to job sites, managing jobs within a 50 mile radius of Oklahoma City
- Comfortable with construction scheduling software
