We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Alarm Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of alarm systems, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to providing high-quality service and reliable security solutions. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and repair fire alarm systems. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on existing alarm systems to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams related to alarm system installations. Utilize hand tools and voltmeters effectively for installation and testing of alarm equipment. Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs performed. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in alarm system installation and maintenance. Skills Proficiency in field service operations related to alarm systems. Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems. Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings for effective installation planning. Experience with hand tools necessary for construction inspection and alarm system installation. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Familiarity with alarm system sales processes is a plus.
