Mountain Country Foods - Oklahoma is a dog treat co-manufacturer, and we partner with brands across the country. The Account Project Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for our customers, including large national accounts - handling everything from day-to-day inquiries, issue resolution, managing projects from product development, through production, and delivery. This is a high-visibility role that blends customer service excellence with cross-functional project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for brand partners and national accounts Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries with the goal of ensuring a positive experience Coordinate customer service needs with the appropriate internal departments Investigate and correct errors related to orders and services Communicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to the rest of the MCF team Manage customer projects end-to-end, from product development through production, packaging, and shipment Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and R&D to keep all teams aligned Track timelines, follow up on progress, and keep everything organized so nothing falls through the cracks Analyze internal processes and recommend procedural or policy improvements Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time — every time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree OR 4-years plus of equivalent hands-on professional experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including camera and phone etiquette Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficient computer skills Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, food production, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
