We run three landscape crews & one hardscape crew. Our services include flowerbeds, plantings, grading, retaining walls, irrigation, concrete, pavers, drainage, sod, pergolas, pavilion, outdoor kitchens, outdoor lighting, artifical turf. This role offers the opportunity to oversee all phases of landscape development, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. As a key leader in our organization, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, and bring innovative outdoor spaces to life with precision and enthusiasm. Your expertise in horticulture, construction, and landscape will drive successful project outcomes while fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Bilingual is recommended but not neccesary. Duties Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of landscape projects from estimating to completion, ensuring timely completion & in budget. Supervise landscaping crews, contractors, and vendors to maintain high standards of quality and safety across all job sites. Coordinate with clients during install and ensure their expectations are exceeded. Manage project schedules, procurement of materials, & equipment allocation. Conduct jobsite assessments for ongoing projects to provide updates to office & clients. Provide leadership in troubleshooting issues related to landscape construction, horticulture challenges,delays or concerns to keep projects on track. Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or design/build projects with a strong focus on landscaping design and execution. Extensive knowledge of landscape & hardscape practices Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment built on teamwork and motivation. Hands-on experience with landscaping equipment operation and safety procedures. Familiarity with project management tools and software for scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, team members, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
