POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for leading, organizing, and executing all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, active construction, and project closeout. This includes oversight of cost, schedule, quality, and safety. The role also requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively. This position is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with the pre-construction team to develop bid packages, budgets, and schedules Review bid package scopes and cost estimates for accuracy Work with clients and design teams on cost control, value engineering, and scheduling Develop, interpret, and manage project requirements with clients Prepare and execute subcontract agreements Coordinate and manage subcontractors throughout all project phases Maintain document control including submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs Attend, lead, and document project meetings Manage project financials, including cost control and change management Develop, update, and maintain project schedules Coordinate with superintendents to ensure quality and safety compliance Oversee project closeout activities, including testing, inspections, owner training, O&M documentation, turnover, and warranty management Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with field supervision ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
