Job Description

We are partnered with a locally owned and operated Fire Protection contractor that is actively looking to grow their already established team. This company prides themselves on their reputation and their commitment to delivering the highest quality fire solutions to their customers.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Manage fire protection projects from design through installation, testing, and closeout. Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, architects, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee the design and installation of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, special hazard suppression, and life safety systems. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, including NFPA, IBC, IFC, and local regulations. Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and technical challenges. Manage procurement activities and coordinate material deliveries to support project schedules. Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure quality control standards and safety requirements are maintained throughout project execution. Support field personnel and subcontractors by providing technical guidance and project direction. Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, cost tracking, billing, and profitability. Prepare and submit project documentation, closeout packages, and as-built records. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and future business opportunities.
Project Manager Qualifications:
5 Years combined experience in the Fire Protection Field and Project Management Must have commercial project experience Strong knowledge of the fabrication process.
