Location:
100% Onsite in Muskogee, OK (Daily commute required; mileage reimbursement provided)
Compensation:
$60,000•70,000 annually, depending on experience
Duration:
24-36 Month Contract with potential for long-term or permanent employment

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM•5:00 PM About the Opportunity Robert Half is partnering with a growing Tulsa client to identify a detail-oriented and driven Project Coordinator to support a large-scale project based in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This role is ideal for an administrative or accounting professional who enjoys working with contracts, project financials, and invoicing while collaborating closely with Project Managers and operational teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to project management processes and develop into a future Project Manager role. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain project-related contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements Review, process, and track project invoices for accuracy and compliance Support change order administration, including documentation, tracking, and status updates Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reconciliation activities Provide administrative support to the Project Management team throughout the project lifecycle Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and financial records Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure project milestones and financial objectives remain on track Assist with onboarding and training initiatives as needed Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, accounting, or construction-related roles Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Experience handling invoices, contracts, and financial tracking Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology preferred Experience with CMiC or similar systems is a plus Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred What's Offered Competitive compensation package Mileage reimbursement for daily travel to Muskogee Long-term project stability with potential for permanent employment Opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and gain valuable project management experience Professional growth and advancement opportunities Why This Role?
