Job Description

Project Coordinator (Contracts & Invoicing)
Location:
100% Onsite in Muskogee, OK (Daily commute required; mileage reimbursement provided)
Compensation:
$60,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience
Duration:
24-36 Month Contract with potential for long-term or permanent employment
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMAbout the OpportunityRobert Half is partnering with a growing Tulsa client to identify a detail-oriented and driven Project Coordinator to support a large-scale project based in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This role is ideal for an administrative or accounting professional who enjoys working with contracts, project financials, and invoicing while collaborating closely with Project Managers and operational teams.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to project management processes and develop into a future Project Manager role.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and maintain project-related contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreementsReview, process, and track project invoices for accuracy and complianceSupport change order administration, including documentation, tracking, and status updatesAssist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reconciliation activitiesProvide administrative support to the Project Management team throughout the project lifecycleMaintain organized project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and financial recordsCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure project milestones and financial objectives remain on trackAssist with onboarding and training initiatives as needed
