Full-Time | OnsiteWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Manager to join a growing Project Management Team supporting engineering and construction-related operations in Muskogee, OK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-career project management experience who enjoys the administrative, financial, and coordination side of construction projects rather than primarily field-based work.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage contracts, invoices, and project documentation with a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail is critical in this role.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Management Team with day-to-day project coordination and administrative functionsManage and track smaller project-related contracts, including security, rentals, dumpsters, and other vendor servicesReview, process, and manage invoices and financial documentationAssist with issuing and tracking change ordersCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project supportMaintain accurate project records, documentation, and reportingWork closely with interns as part of the training and onboarding processEnsure all project-related activities are handled efficiently and accuratelySupport project timelines and assist with overall project organization
