This role works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure projects are executed efficiently from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects across multiple business units (SaaS, marketing, fintech, legal) Partner with C-suite leadership to prioritize initiatives, track progress, and ensure alignment with company goals Own project timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional efforts between development, marketing, sales, and client success teams Build and maintain project plans, workflows, and documentation using tools like Monday.com and GoHighLevel (GHL) Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, and automation across workflows Monitor project performance and provide regular updates, reporting, and insights to leadership Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met Support product launches, client implementations, and internal operational initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment Experience working across multiple business lines or fast-paced, high-growth companies Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp) Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce) Comfortable working directly with executive leadership and managing high-priority initiatives Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) for workflow optimization is a plus Preferred Experience Background in SaaS, digital marketing, fintech, or legal services Experience with product development cycles or technical teams Familiarity with merchant processing or lead generation environments Exposure to startup or growth-stage companies
