Job Description

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Our client operates a fast-paced office environment with extensive contact with clients and employees. They demand the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in safeguarding client and project information.. SUMMARY This position supports Project Managers in project execution in the Reporting department and ensures consistently superior client service standards in all client interactions.
PAY:
$21/hr
SCHEDULE
8:00am - 5pm •Remote with very infrequent need to be onsite in Beaverton, OR
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as back-up to Program Manager, to continually meet reporting requirements (support ticket creation, deadline tracking, client status reporting, and coordinates with various operational teams) to deliver all reporting on time and at the highest quality standards Participate in the development, and implementation of standards to create a best in practice culture that allows for a level of service regardless of the staff assigned Research inquiries and appropriately communicate findings with client, and other operational departments. Research process issues and effectively communicate with project teams and other operational departments Provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting and ensure quality assurance Work with the Project Managers of Client Services and other departments to enhance service quality standards to exceed client expectations. Responsible for fostering a team environment and building cooperation between client services team members, and other departments to provide the highest quality service standards. QUALIFICATIONS and
REQUIREMENTS
1+ year work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast paced environment is required Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, or Office365 Experience reviewing reports in production and test environments (preferred) CALL (971)371-4028 or
