Job Description
Printworks is a large format print company located in Beaverton, OR. We are looking for an energetic, hard-working individual who is interested in a full-time position as a project coordinator! If you have experience or knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in the print industry, we would love to hear from you! We are growing rapidly and need an individual who can jump in and help manager our workload! In this position the individual will be responsible for communicating with the production team and sales team, assisting the Project Manager with handling daily tasks such as fulfilling job orders, reaching out to vendors, ordering material, organizing and managing inventory plus more. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to think quickly and creatively with a positive attitude, have an eye for detail, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast paced, and growing environment with the ability to change tasks while staying focused. About the
Company:
We are a Full-service production house, specializing in large format, dedicated to the printing industry located in Beaverton, OR. We pride ourselves on high quality production carried out on local, statewide, and national platforms to ensure we meet client expectations and offer simple solutions that will exceed our client's desired results. Many of these solutions are produced in-house using the latest digital printing, cutting and installation techniques. Solutions offered for printed applications include: vinyl banners, tradeshow displays, interior and exterior business signage, vehicle graphics/wraps, custom lettering and graphics, design consulting and services, brochure and flyer layouts and manipulation.Areas of responsibility include:
- Primarily responsible for error free execution of customer projects.
- Coordinate and facilitate all print production and distribution of customer materials.
- Experience in print project management with strong project scheduling and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to provide amazing quality control.
- Is professional, clear, direct, and accurate in verbal and written communications; communicates daily with vendors and members of internal departments as well as with others in Management.
- Assist in the sales process by providing a communication link between customer, account management, and the production team.
- Prepare quotations or proposals, confirm information when receiving orders, and write work orders and purchase requisition for materials.
- Helping with organizing logistics and making sure the client's completed project are arriving on time.
- Follow schedule and progress providing updates as required.
- Candidate must be able to multi-task and communicate well with all members of the team. Must be collaborative and a positive/enthusiastic team member.
- Attend all internal meetings, bringing ideas and solutions to the group while managing budgets and timing behind the scenes.
- Excellent time management, project skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to drive on-time, on-budget, high-quality development efforts.
- Sound judgment with clear and concise thinking regarding the escalation of project/production issues and concerns.
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to the team.
