Beaverton, OR Job Descript ion: Program & Project Leader ship: Lead end-to-end project and program execution whilemaintaining clear visibility into where the work sits within the Project Manag ementlifecycle. Proactively identify critical next steps, tradeoffs, and decision points to keepwork moving forward with speed and clarity. Demonstrate intrinsic motivation and initi ativeby identifying opportunities to improve outcomes, reduce risk, and increase organizat ionaleffectiveness without direct overs ight. Executive Communication & Alig nment: Communicate with clarity and confidence at anexecutive level, including concise storytelling, structured presentations, an d datainformed recommendations. Translate complex project and portfolio information into clearinsights tied to organizational goals, strategic priorities, and business outcomes. Ensurework is consistently aligned to broader enterprise objectives and value cre ation. Portfolio & Risk Mana gement: Apply portfolio management principles to balancepriorities, capacity, risk, and value across multiple initiatives. Identify, asse ss, andprioritize risk holistically across business functions and the broader program or por tfolio-not just individual projects. Structure and maintain program governance foru ms thatsurface risks early and ensure mitigation occurs at the appropriate decision-making level.
Project Scope Mana gement:
Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders t o definebusiness benefits, measurable outcomes, business requirements, and projec t scope.
Manage change control processes, clearly articulating impacts to scope, timelin e, cost,quality, and organizational pri orities.
Project Time Ma nagement:
Define integrated project schedules, ma nage taskassignments, and track progress against milestones. Anticipate depe ndencies,constraints, and critical path risks, adjusting plans as needed to maintain momentum.
Project Cost M anagement:
Facilitate level-of-effort estimation and dev elop assetacquisition requirements. Track and report actuals versus forecasts; elevate variances,risks, and tradeoffs with tra nsparency. Project Quality & Me thodology: Provide guidance and direction on project managementmethodology and best practices, ensuring alignment with client's stand ard projectmethodology. Define and manage project strategies, assign clear ownership, and ensureactions are driven to closure wi th quality.
Tools & Ways of Working:
Leverage tools such as Airtable (or similar workflow andportfolio tools) to track initiatives, risks, dependencies, and reporting. Continuouslyimprove tools, templates, and processes that enable scalability, trans parency, andconsisten t execution. Top must-have skills include t he following:
Solid understanding of program/proje ct managementAbility to drive an initiativeStrong written and verbal communi cation skillsAbility to create communication artifacts (using Keynote, Microsoft Suite, etc.)Ability to communicate effectively via decks, presen tations, etc.

- On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid model
- Contract is to cover maternity leave; extension not likely, but not out of the question
- Degree h eavily preferred
- PMP certification h eavily preferred
- Agile certifications (CSPO, CSM) nice to have, n ot a requirement
- 8-10 years' experience required in a project man agement position
- ETW will help team with a large deliverable on a tight timeline; team just signed a contract with a new vendor, and they have a go-live date in August that they ar e working towards
