With over twenty years of Outdoor Advertising experience, All Points Media has established itself as a leader in the Alternative Media segment. We are a well-established and growing National Advertising / Media company based out of Beaverton OR. If you are looking for a leap into the Advertising / Media world this is a great entry point. We are currently looking for Full Time Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for an outgoing person that communicates extremely well in both verbal and written environments. This is not an entry level position however we are looking for someone who is eager to learn new skills, comfortable on the phone connecting with current partners as well as new business owners and managers for our partnership programs. What we are seeking is a person with a thoughtful approach and drive to learn and grow with our company. As a lead project manager on the operations team, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. You will develop a detailed project plan and build and manage a team while delivering and executing within budget and scope. We are looking for a Project Manager who can match the upbeat energy of our office while acting as a leader on our team. In this position you will work with some of the largest well-known brands in the nation to plan, build, and execute alternative media programs all over the country. We are looking for career focused, project coordinators to join our team. The perfect candidate will be very detail and process oriented, have a detailed understanding of the project management cycle and not only what it takes to create and execute a plan but ability to budget, track, analyze, adapt, document and share results. Job Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional-Level Related Experience
  • Oversees and manages each program from contract date to completion.
  • Main point of contact between client and APM for any contract date
  • Main point of contact between sales and operations for any contract
  • Manage team for each project - Project Coordinators & Leasing Coordinators
  • Allocate tasks, track progress, and report updates during project life cycles to APM team and client.
  • Expected to develop a detailed project plan while delivering and executing within budget and scope.
  • Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, verbally and in writing), specifically with operation team members, vendors, sales team, production team, management, and most importantly our clients.
  • Basic Business skills: comprehending project financials, profit, and loss with the ability to create and adhere to a budget.
Team Building Skills:
motivating team to communicate and collaborate while helping boost team morale.
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in an organized and time efficient manner.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Solid organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Expected to make outbound phone calls when needed for a project.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, most importantly Excel.
