    Installation & Project Manager Full-time | Bend, OR — On-site | 2+ years experience You're the person who keeps everything running smoothly — the one customers trust, installers rely on, and teammates count on to connect the dots. At Brian's Cabinets, that person gets to build a real career doing meaningful work in a community they love.
    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    Be the primary point of contact for homeowners, builders, and partners — keeping communication clear, timely, and warm throughout every project. Coordinate scheduling and confirm sub-installers for each job, making sure everyone has what they need before they show up on site. Manage work orders, service orders, and completion documentation — and follow up after every install to verify the customer is delighted. Bridge Sales, Design, Engineering, Production, and Installation teams so projects move from start to finish without anything falling through the cracks. Spot recurring issues and bring them to leadership — your observations help the whole company get better.
    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
    Experience 2+ years in customer service, scheduling, or admin — construction or home improvement a big plus Communication Empathetic, professional, and proactive — you don't wait for customers to wonder what's happening Organization Juggling multiple active projects doesn't rattle you — you have a system and you stick to it Tech Comfort Familiar with Microsoft Office, Asana, or similar project/CRM tools Team Player You thrive in a collaborative environment and take ownership of your results Education High school diploma or equivalent; no degree required — results matter more
