Oversee resolution of internal and external project challenges to ensure the needs of both the customer and PECO are met. Communicate clearly and succinctly—verbally and in writing—with all functional departments, senior management, and customers, providing direction, plans, decisions, and issue resolution (not just status). Occasional travel as required Will oversee all facets of the formal product development to meet customer requirements within the stage gate process utilizing cross functional teams.
