THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
•NW Industrial Staffing is recruiting an experience Lead Project Manager for a leading commercial cabinet and architectural millwork manufacturer in Eugene to lead and oversee our project management team within a fast-paced commercial cabinet manufacturing environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
5+ years experience, including a mandatory background in Project Management; experience in commercial millwork, cabinetry, or construction is highly preferred. 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role preferred Strong understanding of construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with project management and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) Ability to work collaboratively with production teams and field installers
Preferred Experience:
Background in architectural millwork or commercial cabinetry manufacturing Familiarity with shop production workflows and installation coordination Knowledge of CNC machining, finishing processes, and custom millwork production Experience with high-end commercial or hospitality projects
