About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Lead to oversee complex architectural millwork and commercial cabinetry initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for high-stakes projects, ensuring that production timelines, technical specifications, and installation goals are met with precision and professional excellence. Responsibilities Direct the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent commercial cabinetry and millwork projects from inception through final installation. Interpret complex construction documents, architectural shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure manufacturing accuracy. Coordinate seamlessly between internal production teams and external field installers to maintain project momentum. Utilize advanced project management software to track milestones, manage resources, and mitigate potential scheduling risks. Drive project success by fostering clear communication across all stakeholders, ensuring high-quality outcomes for hospitality and commercial clients. Oversee shop production workflows to ensure that custom millwork meets rigorous quality standards and design intent. Required Skills 5+ years of professional experience in project management within the construction, millwork, or cabinetry sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team coordination and organizational efficiency. Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity. In-depth knowledge of CNC machining, finishing processes, and custom fabrication techniques. Background in managing high-end architectural millwork or large-scale commercial hospitality projects.
