Project Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Intake & Distributor Relations:

Conduct "Discovery Calls" with distributors to clarify project goals, competitor threats, and budget constraints. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project escalation and design strategy.

AutoCAD Site Plan Development:

Lead the process of exporting PlayDesigner files into AutoCAD to produce professional, permit-ready site plans. You will integrate detailed ADA symbols (transfer points, paths of travel, 60" turnarounds) and create custom templates tailored to specific distributors.

Compliance & Technical Oversight:

Master and apply industry-specific standards including ADA accessibility , Fall Height determinations , and specific

ASTM/CPSC

rules regarding enclosed structures and climb ability.

Studio Mentorship & Growth:

• Train and encourage designers to establish direct phone communication with distributors. Monitor and track individual designer progress and technical skill development. Manage a performance-based incentive program, including a "Design of the Week" showcase to foster healthy competition and creative excellence.

Product Elevation:

Expertly integrate 3rd party partner products (Shade, Site Amenities, Surfacing) into Playcraft designs to provide "best-in-class" solutions that outperform the competition. Monitor and track individual designer progress and technical skill development. Manage a performance-based incentive program, including a "Design of the Week" showcase to foster healthy competition and creative excellence. Ability to decipher the "best approach" for a project, gather missing data, and monitor progress from intake to final output.

Ability to master and audit designs against complex safety and accessibility regulations.

Leadership Aptitude:

Passion for developing others, implementing training frameworks, and driving a sense of purpose within a creative team.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD:
