Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on bringing new products to market and coordinating cross-functional teams to make it happen? We are on a fast-growth trajectory. This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art showcase facility in Hillsboro, Oregon , offered with a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity. The salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on experience, knowledge and skills. What You Bring 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or consumer products environment A track record of leading product launches end-to-end, from initiation through commercialization Strong command of project management software and methodologies; Asana experience preferred Skill in defining scope, setting objectives, identifying risks, and resolving issues across the full project lifecycle Confidence leading meetings with senior stakeholders and holding cross-functional teams accountable to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Sharp organizational and time management abilities, with the judgment to balance competing priorities Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, plus comfort working through ambiguity Professional Project Management training or certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a technical field preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary, company performance bonus, and equity options Career development and mentoring Comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and more Generous paid time off A supportive, inclusive work environment and more!
