What You'll Do:
As a Project Auditor, you'll play a key role in keeping our projects on track, on time, and up to DaBella's high-quality standards. You'll manage project details across various product lines and markets, helping us stay efficient, accurate, and customer-focused every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate daily with vendors, subcontractors, and sales teams to drive multiple projects forward Ensure job deadlines, logistics, and quality expectations are consistently met Coordinate accurate and timely product orders to hit monthly install goals Partner with Office Managers and Installers to resolve challenges quickly and effectively Review contracts and create Material & Labor ATPs for accurate ordering Audit client contracts for accuracy and scope alignment while proactively managing timelines to ensure on-time completion and smooth installations. Track project progress through the full life-cycle using our customer service database Manage contractor back charges and commission adjustments as project changes occur
