Job description Lead High-End Construction Projects from Start to Finish At Creekside Homes, we don't just build homes—we deliver a five-star experience. As a design-build leader in Oregon's luxury custom home market, we're growing and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a high-responsibility, high-reward role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and leads with precision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the success of each project from pre-construction through final walk-through. Manage project schedules using BuilderTrend to ensure on-time delivery. Control budgets, monitor job costs, and keep projects financially on track. Hire, manage, and hold subcontractors accountable to Creekside standards. Communicate directly with clients, keeping them informed and delighted throughout the process. Conduct site visits, quality checks, and ensure all work meets our standards for excellence. Resolve issues swiftly with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven project management experience in residential construction (custom homes preferred) Strong leadership and accountability; comfortable managing subcontractors and client relationships. Detail-oriented with a D-style DISC profile or similar task-focused work style. Excellent communication and time management skills. Experience using BuilderTrend or similar project management software. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to read plans, understand permits, and ensure jobsite safety and compliance.WHAT YOU GET
